- Please email email@example.com with regard to a return/exchange request prior to returning the item.
- We accept returns or exchanges on items deemed to have production faults within 7 days of delivery date, under the condition that the item is unused with original swing tag attached.
- Please kindly understand that we have a limited inventory and we work with natural materials that are subject to small irregularities, hence we reserve the right to decline exchange requests for reasons outside of production faults. But also be rest assured that we want you to be happy with your MDF purchase, and within reasonable means we will do our best to process colour/size exchanges and answer any questions you may have once you have received your bag.
- All customs and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any lost of stolen items incurred upon return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
- We offer repairs on items for up to 12 months after purchase. This does not include wear and tear or leather damage. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for repair inquiries.
- If It has been longer than 12 months and you are New Zealand based, get in touch and we can look at coming up with a solution to your case. We always love to help because you clearly love your bag, so if it is something small we can do some 'magic'.
